Full Refund
Within 24 hours after making the booking: Receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
Partial Refund
7 to 30 days before check-in: Receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding non-refundable service fees.
No Refund
Less than 7 days before check-in: The reservation is non-refundable, and no amount will be returned, including service fees.
Refund Processing
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days of the original payment.
- Non-refundable service fees or cleaning fees may apply and will be deducted from any refund amount.
- Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

- Check-in times are based on the local time of the property.
